We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Teller to join our team. The CSR/Teller will be responsible for handling routine financial transactions, providing exceptional service, and promoting bank products and services to customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs
- Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other transactions accurately
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily
- Handle inquiries regarding bank accounts, products, and services
- Refer customers to appropriate bank personnel for more complex issues or needs
- Identify opportunities to promote banking products (e.g., savings accounts, credit cards, loans)
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations
- Safeguard customer information and maintain confidentiality
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with branch operations and administrative tasks as needed
