We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Teller to join our team. The CSR/Teller will be responsible for handling routine financial transactions, providing exceptional service, and promoting bank products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other transactions accurately
  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily
  • Handle inquiries regarding bank accounts, products, and services
  • Refer customers to appropriate bank personnel for more complex issues or needs
  • Identify opportunities to promote banking products (e.g., savings accounts, credit cards, loans)
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations
  • Safeguard customer information and maintain confidentiality
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with branch operations and administrative tasks as needed
