We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team. The E-Services Clerk is responsible for supporting customers and internal staff with all aspects of online and mobile banking services while delivering exceptional service in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer and internal staff inquiries via phone and email related to online and mobile banking services.
  • Assist customers and internal staff with account access issues, including login errors, password resets, and security verification.
  • Guide users through navigation and functionality of online banking tools.
  • Process digital service requests
  • Educate customers on digital banking features, security tips, and self-service tools.
